Torts against the crown
We have a particular interest in commencing torts against the Crown. We have considerable experience in this area, and can assist clients in identifying causes of action and effective legal strategies against the Crown. We have acted for families who have had their children die in provincial care in Alberta, and can assist other families in similar circumstances.
